Without the assistance of Mr. Theo Stolz of the CJ works at Tramelan, we certainly would not have been able to reconstruct the history of this vehicle, bearing in mind that we had no information about it's past prior to it's arrival at the RVT on the 30th June 1968 and that the vehicles to this diagram were built by different manufacturers.
This vehicle had only minor faults and was immediately restored to working order, in 1997 receiving the VVT livery.
The two 40 seat compartments were identical apart from ashtrays in one of them.
